Rentals

  • Is it necessary to make the payment to carry out the reservation?

    Para confirmar tu reserva, es preciso que contactes con nosotros, de esta forma confirmamos que la fecha en la que eliges viajar estará 100% disponible. Luego, te pediremos que nos visites en nuestras instalaciones para abonar tu reserva

  • How can I pay?

    Para el pago de la reserva aceptamos VISA o MasterCard como pagos con tarjeta de crédito / débito, que se realizarán directamente en nuestras instalaciones.

    Security deposit (bond): the security deposit can only be blocked with a credit card (Visa or MasterCard), and the owner of the credit card must be present at the time of pickup. Upon pickup of the vehicle, a security deposit will be blocked on the Lessee's credit card, to guarantee the overpayment in case of theft, accident or any other damage to the vehicle during the rental period. The vehicle cannot be dropped off unless the security deposit is locked on a credit card.

  • Are there any additional costs?

    Only excess mileage will be charged additionally, charging €0.20 per additional kilometer. In the event of an accident or damage to the mobile home, the agreed maximum deposit will be charged.

    Please keep in mind that the costs of gasoline and tolls belong to the traveller.

  • Do I have to leave a deposit before starting the trip?

    At the time of the pickup, the amount of 600 euros will be deposited as a deposit, in the same way the rental is paid, or through retention by credit card.

    We will refund the full amount of the deposit after examining the vehicle.

Reservations and rates

  • Is there a minimum of rental days?

    Yes. The minimum rental period is 3 days. In the summer months and mid/high season, the minimum reservation is generally 5 to 10 days. In any case, we will try to meet any request subject to the availability of our mobile homes.

  • Are there any discounts?

    In the case of more than 5 days in low season, more than 7 days in medium season and more than 15 days in high season, a 5% discount on rental rates will be applied.

  • How are the rates calculated?

    The rates per day include rental price and VAT. Prices may vary depending on model, availability and travel dates.

Check-in, pickup and return

  • What do I need to have on hand when picking up the mobile home?

    When you go to pick up the motor home you must have with you:

    • Driver's license of all drivers.
    • Credit card with sufficient balance to cover the deposit. The cardholder must be present at the check-in.
    • Pasaport/ID.
    • Reservation reference.
  • When can I pickup/return the mobile home?

    Our pickup and return schedules are established in the contract on the day of the check-in.

  • Where should I go for the pickup/return of the mobile home?

    All of our mobile homes sleep and are kept in our facilities, located at Calle Balandro 25, Pol. Ind. Palmones, 11379. Los Barrios (Cádiz, España).

  • Do I have to fill/empty the respective tanks of the mobile home the day of the return?

    The mobile home is picked up with a full tank of fuel and must therefore be returned with it. Otherwise, the lessor will be charged for the price of the fuel necessary to fill the tank at the current price of fuel and will also be penalized with €20. The gray water tank must be emptied, as well as the chemical toilet. Otherwise a fixed amount will be withdrawn from the deposit.

  • What should I do in case of delay the day of the return?

    If for any reason you are behind the scheduled time on the day of the return, we would be grateful if you could contact us by email at hola@nomadcaravaning.com or our customer service telephone number. So we can inform our team about the delay and apply possible extra return rates, outside the scheduled hours. Since the delay was not scheduled, you may have to wait for someone from our team.

Cancellation or modification of the reservation

  • Can I cancel my reservation?

    In the events of a cancellation of your reservation with us, you must send us an e-mail using the same e-mail with which you made the reservation confirming your name and dates. We will proceed in accordance with the terms of the contract conditions.

  • What is our Cancellation Policy?

    The cancellation of a reservation by the Lessee, empowers the Lessor to retain the entire amount paid as a signal if the cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance.

    If the cancellation is made between 30 and 60 days prior to the rental start date, the Lessor will return 50% of the amount paid as a reservation.

    If the cancellation is made before the 60 days prior to the start date of the rental, the Lessor will return 75% of the amount paid in concept of reservation.

Mobile home Conditions

  • Is the pickup made with a full tank?

    We always try to give the client a full tank, so you can start your journey right after we deliver it to you. If in any case you receive a mobile home with a less full tank, we will take note and you only have to return it with the same amount.

  • And on the day of the return, do I also have to leave the tank full?

    Yes, the mobile home must be returned with the same amount of fuel tank, otherwise a refueling fee will apply.

  • Under what conditions must I return the mobile home?

    The mobile home must be returned in an adequate hygiene conditions. The gray water tank must be empty. As well as the fridge and the dishes clean and in the same place where they were found. In the event that a mobile home needs extra cleaning, an additional amount will be charged.
